First get your long link youtube url (web address),e.g.

Choose a title, e.g.

this is called [title]
Use the following URL and replace [title] and [url]
http://grwps.com/youtube.php?title=%5Btitle%5D&url=%5Burl%5D
e.g.
test it works by copying into a web browser.
now make it a short URL by going to
